Why can’t I log in?
Check if your username and password are the same as on the email you received.
You may not have access in which case you can:
- Apply for a password.(see Applying for a password)
- Email sportsdesk@yellowjersey.co.uk with your full name, team name, full contact details, date of birth

Why can’t I find my league?
Try searching for your team name. You can then find your league.
Use the find team link on the resources section of the Yellow Jersey home page.

My league/team news article/photo has been entered but is not displayed on the main Yellow Jersey site why?
It is likely that your league requires validation of material to be displayed on the site.
Your league/team news article/photo will be displayed once a league user has validated it. (see Validation)

My match report has been entered but is not displayed on the main Yellow Jersey site, why?
Match reports can only be seen once league secretaries have validated the match report.
If a result has not been posted for the match the match report will appear as a team listing.
If the league secretary has entered the result and alidated the report the match report will appear as a full match report

My notice is not displayed on the main Yellow Jersey site, why?
Notices do not appear immediately. They must be validated first.
Once this is done they will be displayed.
If notices contain swearwords or inappropriate material in which case they will be deleted.

How can I add a link to my team website?
Use a hyperlink to your team website from the Team details page.
A hyperlink can be added on the Edit team details page. (see Hyperlinks)

Why are the points for my team wrong?
You may have had disciplinary points added.
Contact you league officials whose email is displayed on your league home page.

I have scored more goals than are displayed on the site, why aren’t my goals displayed?
This and any similar problems is a matter for your league officials.
